You can see the delivery zones in the map above which includes Aurora, Concord, Courtice, Brampton, Etobicoke, Kleinberg, Maple, Markham, Mississauga, North York, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Ajax, Bolton, Burlington, Dundas, Hamilton, King City, Newmarket, Nobleton (excludes L0G), Oakville, Oshawa (excludes L0B), Pickering, Schomberg, Stouffville, and Whitby.

You can send (almost) anywhere in Southern Ontario with Daytime delivery for only $9.99! Otherwise, delivery cost is based on distance from our downtown Toronto studio and the delivery selected (on-demand, morning, daytime, evening). The delivery charge is calculated when you select you delivery date and time during the checkout process. Start by selecting your preferred bouquet or plant and begin the checkout process to see the actual delivery charge for your specific order.

We keep in touch with both the sender and recipient as needed throughout the delivery process (but we will never ruin that special surprise!)

When your flowers are successfully delivered, we will send you a confirmation by email and/or text to notify you. If we have any issues delivering to your recipient, we will get in touch with them at the provided phone number in order to determine the best way to successfully deliver the flowers with their guidance.

We don't compromise on freshness and quality. Your flower arrangement goes through multiple quality checks before eventually arriving at your doorstep. However, flower care is very important to help maximize the beauty and longevity of your blooms, allowing them to reach their full potential. If you follow the care tips provided, or check out our flower care page, your flowers will last as long as possible!

1) Give your flowers a quick snip before putting them in a vase. This allows the stems to properly hydrate.

2) Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in some of the provided flower food.

3) Remove any leaves that would be below the waterline and place your flowers in the vase.

4) Change the water daily adding some more flower food each time. Trim the stems every few days.

5) Keep your flowers in a cool dry location and remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright.

That's because they're fresh as can be!

As a result, your flowers may still be tight, in bud form, patiently waiting for their big moment to bloom.
