What it is: A mix of pink and red amaryllis with wintergreens arranged in an 8" gold vase. Overall height is roughly 17"-20".

Important deets: Amaryllis arrive in closed buds and bloom within 3-5 days, slower than most flowers. The exact colour and wintergreen varieties may vary slightly but the palette will be on-point and your blooms will be beautiful and fresh - guaranteed!

Best known for their long stems and trumpet-like blooms, amaryllis are the quintessential holiday flower as they grow locally throughout November and December.

Amaryllis arrive in closed buds as they are fresh from the grower, meaning you will be able to enjoy their beauty as they open over the coming days. Watching them bloom is part of the fun! If you need them open for an event, we recommend ordering 4-5 days in advance.

The vase arrangement contains water that may spill during travel, so it's important to add more water immediately upon receipt. See our recommended instructions below to best care for your amaryllis.
To maximize the life of your amaryllis:

  • Remove the arrangement from the box - be extra careful as the vases contain water and the flowers are delicate.
  • Add water immediately! To do so, in a separate container, mix a sprinkle of provided flower food with room temperature water and carefully pour into the vase. Hang onto the packet for future waterings and repeat this step daily to prolong the life of your blooms.
  • Keep the flowers in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Guard petals (the dry whiteish outer petals) on the amaryllis are intentionally left on as they protect the bloom during transit. As the amaryllis bloom, these petals will naturally peel back and hang. feel free to gently remove them, if you wish.
  • The base of the stems will naturally start to curl after a few days in water - this is normal and the flowers will still open beautifully.
  • Some flowers will bloom faster than others and at different times. Remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright!
  • This arrangement contains flowers that are harmful to pets if ingested so be sure to keep out of reach from your furry friend!
