Cosmopolitan Roses features a mix of garden-style roses and spray roses, arranged as a 360-degree bouquet. Sourced directly from our trusted growers, rest assured that they are the freshest around!
Garden-style roses are known for their ruffled petals and frilly edges. This is completely natural and what makes them so unique! You may also notice slightly blemished or discoloured outer “guard petals” on the roses, which we intentionally keep on as they protect the bloom during transit. This particular variety has a naturally-greenish tint, which is totally normal and part of the charm!
Your roses are safely wrapped in a hydration bag and packaged in our signature carrying carton, keeping them fresh until you put them in a vase. See our recommended instructions below to best care for your roses.
To maximize the life of your roses:
Unwrap your flowers and remove the hydration pack.
You may notice slightly blemished or discoloured outer “guard petals” on some of the roses; they are intentionally left on as they protect the bloom during transit. Carefully remove any that you see.
Remove any leaves or foliage that would be below the waterline to avoid contaminating the water.
Fill a clean vase with room temperature water and stir in a sprinkle of the provided flower food. Hang onto the package for future waterings.
Trim the stems for best water absorption, remove the tie and place flowers in the vase.
Change / add fresh water daily, adding a sprinkle of flower food each time to prolong the life of your blooms.
Fresh flowers enjoy natural light and a cool, dry environment, just keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources (like an oven or radiator). Summer heat note: Totally bring your flowers outside to accent your picnic or patio barbecues! Don't forget to bring the flowers back inside to keep cool - humidity and direct sunlight will wilt your bouquet.
Some flowers will bloom faster than others and at different times. Remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright!
This bouquet contains flowers that are harmful to pets if ingested so be sure to keep out of reach from your furry friend!
