This mix of deep blue, purple and periwinkle delphiniums are striking and dramatic, but also delicate - it’s normal for petals to shed throughout their lifespan. To maximize the life of the delphiniums:Remove the arrangement from the box - be extra careful as the vase contains water and the delphinium florets are delicate and fall easily.Add to the existing water immediately. To do so, in a separate container mix a sprinkle of flower food with room temperature water, stir to dilute and top up the vase with the mixture. Hang onto the flower food package for future waterings.Change/add fresh water daily using the above method, adding a sprinkle of flower food each time to prolong the life of your delphiniums.Keep the flowers in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat.Some stems will bloom faster than others and at different times. Remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright.A care card is included with these helpful tips for flower care.
