Patti P's Cactus

This easy-to-care-for cactus is also commonly known as a zigzag or fishbone cactus for its unique serrated, leathery textured fronds. As they grow, they will continue to trail up (zig!), down (zag!) and all around! Makes a super cute gift for kids of all ages 😊

Native to Mexico, cacti are drought-tolerant and looooove sunshine - perfect for the sill!  With enough sun, Patti P's Cactus will reward you with pink and white orchid-like flowers, too!

Plant arrives potted in the 4.5" x 4" white ceramic "face" pot shown.

Patti P's Cactus arrives potted in the 4.75" x 4" ceramic pot. Cactus will arrive in our signature carrying carton for safe and convenient travel.

Light: Thrives in direct sunlight, can tolerate to bright indirect light. Suited for intense, direct sun.

Water: Water very infrequently, when the soil is dry. When watering Fishbone Cactus, check the soil by putting a finger 2 inches into the plant. If the soil feels dry, water it. If not, do not water. During winter, it requires a very little amount of water. Overwatering will kill your plant!

A care card is included with these simple steps to maximize longevity.

The plant photographed is not necessarily the exact one you will receive. We've done our best to source plants as similar as possible to the product image, but as with all living things, there will naturally be some variation from plant to plant.
