Good as Gold Ranunculus features premium ranunculus, waxflower and foliage, arranged as a 360-degree bouquet. Sourced directly from our partner growers in Southern Ontario, rest assured they're the most extraordinary blooms around!

If some of the blooms are still budding, that's because we send only the freshest farm-cut flowers available. This means that you can enjoy your ranunculus for as long as possible!

Your bouquet is safely wrapped in a hydration pack and our signature carrying carton, keeping it fresh until you put it in a vase. See our recommended instructions below to best care for your ranunculus.
To maximize the life of your ranunculus:

  • Unwrap your flowers and remove the hydration pack.
  • Remove any leaves or foliage that would be below the waterline to avoid contaminating the water.
  • Fill a clean vase with room temperature water and stir in a sprinkle of the provided flower food. Hang onto the package for future waterings.
  • Trim the stems for best water absorption, remove the tie and place flowers in the vase.
  • Change / add fresh water daily, adding a sprinkle of flower food each time to prolong the life of your blooms.
  • Fresh flowers enjoy natural light and to be in a cool, dry environment, just keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources (like an oven or radiator).
  • Some flowers will bloom faster than others and at different times. Remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright!

Some ranunculus will arrive in closed buds as they are fresh from the grower, but will open beautifully and can be enjoyed for longer as they open over the course of a few days. Warmer water can accelerate the opening of the flowers should you wish for them to bloom faster. 


If you would prefer the flowers to be open for a special occassion or event, we recommend placing your order 3-4 days prior.
