Farmer’s Mix Ranunculus is a 20-stem bunch of Ontario-grown ranunuculus. This is a grower’s mix meaning that the exact colour ratio may vary depending on what we get from the grower! Flowers are wrapped in a water hydration pack that’ll keep them fresh for roughly 24 hours and packaged in our signature carrying carton for safe and convenient travel.

See below for our recommended instructions to best care for your ranunculus.

To maximize the life of your Ranunculus:

• Unwrap your flowers and remove the hydration pack. 
• Remove any extra leaves or foliage (if applicable) that would be below the waterline to avoid contaminating the water. 
• Fill a clean vase with room temperature water and stir in a sprinkle of the provided flower food. Hang onto the package for future waterings. 
• Trim the stems on arrival for best water absorption, remove the tie and place flowers in the vase.
• Change/add fresh water daily, stirring in a sprinkle of flower food to the water each time to prolong the life of your blooms. Keep the flowers in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat. 
• Some flowers will bloom faster than others and at different times. Remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright!

Some ranunculus are delivered in more closed buds as they are fresh from the grower, which means you will be able to enjoy them for longer as they open over the course of a few days. Warmer water can accelerate the opening of the flowers should you wish for them to bloom faster. If you would prefer the flowers to be open for a special occassion or event, we recommend placing your order 3-4 days prior.
